Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager will assist the Department Head in all aspects and functions of the Restaurant Grab 'n Go, Bar, and Banquet Beverage per Hotel standards. Assist the manager in directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to the respective staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Special Qualifications, Education, or Licenses :

• An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry and management role.
• Manager Food Handler's Certificate and TABC certificate are required.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
