Position Location : 7167 E Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249

Position Schedule : Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Primary Responsibilities :

• Conduct sterile compounding in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations, including USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
• Ensure ongoing competency in sterile compounding techniques.
• Assist in the management of medication procurement and inventory for pharmacy compounding.
• Troubleshoot any equipment, hardware, or software issues related to compounding processes.
• Perform and document cleaning and monitoring activities for sterile compounding areas, adhering to required schedules.
• Collaborate with the team to respond swiftly to all compounding requests.
• Engage in continuous training and education related to sterile compounding practices.

Physical Requirements :

Compensation for this position will reflect various factors including location, education, experience, and certification. Alongside your hourly wage, which ranges between $17.74 and $31.63 based on full-time employment, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, performance incentives, stock options, and a 401k plan. All benefits are subject to specific eligibility requirements.
