Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities :

Track payments and expenditures, including invoices and statements

Reconcile processed payments and verify entries for accuracy

Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents

Process check runs using Peachtree

Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for electronic check processing

Prepare and send credit card authorization forms to vendors

Qualifications :

Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable

Experience with ERP systems

Basic Excel skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong team collaboration skills

Salary : $50,000-$60,000
