Senior Associate / Product Manager Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Capabilities

Humana is evolving its marketing operations to enable smarter planning, faster execution, and greater transparencyand we're looking for a product manager to lead that effort. As a Senior Associate / Product Manager Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Capabilities, you'll own the roadmap for tools and workflows that support campaign intake, planning, approvals, and performance tracking. This role is central to enabling scalable, compliant, and insight-driven marketing operations. You'll help guide the transition to a modern resource management platform and evaluate opportunities to integrate with enterprise workflow systems to support intelligent orchestration. This role supports the day-to-day configuration and optimization of marketing resource management tools and workflows. You'll work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Marketing, Creative, Legal, and ITto ensure campaign planning and approval processes are intuitive, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development
  • Lead the transition from legacy systems to a centralized MRM platform
  • Collaborate with platform product teams to enable new functionality and integrations
  • Partner with enterprise teams to assess integration opportunities with workflow automation platforms
  • Cross-Functional Product Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Legal, Compliance, and IT
  • Translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions
  • Facilitate working sessions and feedback loops
  • Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination
  • Act as embedded support in agile pods
  • Partner with other capability owners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Support integration with orchestration platforms and fulfillment systems
  • AI Enablement & Innovation
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize AI / ML models
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive planning systems
  • Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in marketing operations, product management, or MarTech
  • Demonstrated success in roadmap development, platform optimization, and capability enablement
  • Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, metadata governance, and compliance workflows
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Experience transitioning between workflow platforms and managing change across business units
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and integration strategies
  • Exposure to AI / ML-driven workflow optimization and predictive approvals
  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks and cross-functional product collaboration
  • Background in platform governance, experimentation, and capability innovation
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive planning systems
  • Familiarity with platforms like Workfront, Aprimo, or Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

    Pay Range : $78,400 - $107,800 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
