A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and collaborate with Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate employee files
Oversee timekeeping solutions and ensure proper authorization for employee raises and bonuses
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and maintain data integrity of payroll records
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3 or more years of payroll experience required
Multi-state payroll experience required
Experience processing payroll for more than 200 employees required
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with payroll systems like Paylocity
