Marketing Assistant

In the role of Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to :

  • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
  • Provide data entry of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
  • Support the management of workload by assisting proposal managers and marketing coordinators
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials
  • Administer implementation of the go / no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority
  • Provide accurate project and resume data in business development systems
  • File proposal and presentation materials according to established standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing tasks with limited oversight
  • Strong interpersonal skills : the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with hybrid team members
  • Proficient in MS Teams and virtual meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong information management and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience in supporting A / E / C proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interview
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
