What You'll Do
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and organize data files and documents for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other Customer Support team members to address data entry needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies regarding sensitive information.
- Manage and meet deadlines for assigned data entry projects while maintaining high levels of precision.
- Provide support for administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in relevant fields is a plus.Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing large volumes of data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management tools.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for candidates opting for the remote work option.The pay range for this role is :
