American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in general, OB / GYN, and vascular imaging.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in a hospital ultrasound department performing approximately 15 scans per dayPatient population includes general, OB / GYN, and vascular casesImaging experience includes abdomen, small parts, OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester), transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic scans, and a wide range of vascular studiesProcedures may include assisting with fine needle aspirations, paracentesis, and thoracentesisEMR system is EpicMust live at least 50 miles from the facilityMust be available to work two out of three major winter holidays : Christmas, New Year's, or ThanksgivingLimit of one day off request permitted between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26Expect a variety of imaging responsibilities including OB dating and fetal anatomy, vascular duplex and Doppler studies, and assistance with specific proceduresScrub attire policy and further details will be provided during onboarding\n \n Requirements\n
Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience requiredExperience in all vascular scans is requiredARDMS (RVT) and BLS certifications requiredActive state license and certifications required if applicableProficiency with Epic EMR preferredFirst-time travelers considered with 2 years of experience\n Benefits\n
