Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned functions.

Analyze variances and trends across labor and non-labor spend, including consulting, travel, and capital expenditures.

Prepare and present monthly financial reviews and executive dashboards.

Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis of financial, implementation, and business risks.

Present financial topics at regular staff meetings and annual offsite meetings within assigned functions and the CFO function.

Partner with HR and functional business leaders to manage headcount planning, including frozen roles, backfills, and strategic hires.

Maintain accuracy in Workday and budget templates, ensuring alignment with corporate finance and strategic targets.

Support continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting, with an aptitude to learn and implement automation improvements through new technologies.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.

Contribute to the development of financial narratives and documentation for budget summits and leadership reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Workday, SAP / Oracle Financials / Hyperion, Tableau / Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and strong motivation to learn new skills and take on challenges.

Experience supporting multi-functional organizations with global footprints.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.

A full and comprehensive benefits program.
