Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to policies and regulations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor compliance hotline and track responses with the Compliance Officer

Design and implement processes for mandatory compliance training and acknowledgments

Perform remote audits and assist in developing corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Five or more years of experience in a healthcare company or practice

Experience with audit practices and techniques

Familiarity with healthcare laws, preferably HIPAA and anti-kickback laws

Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications
