• Enhance Member Experience : Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts, ensuring a top-notch club experience.
• Create Personalized Programs : Coach clients both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain a Safe Environment : Keep the fitness floor organized and safe during your shifts.
• Invest in Your Growth : Attend continuing education classes and participate in team meetings.
