Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Make a Real Difference

Salary : Up to $40.00

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee and guide the Nursing Department, ensuring strict compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct daily departmental rounds to ensure nursing service personnel maintain top-notch nursing standards.
Engage in facility surveys by government agencies, following requests by the DON and ADON.
Address complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner, always aiming for resolution and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications :
