Job descriptionThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule : Night shift – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, alternating Saturday (12 hours, 7am to 7pm EST) Training will be on day shift Job duration : 12 months Operate equipment and ensure quality output Maintain production efficiencies of assigned workstations Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures Monitor and respond to SPC charts and tool qualifications Troubleshoot tool errors and perform data dispositioning Organize workstations and follow 6S practices Participate in on-the-job training and demonstrate understanding for certification 0–3 years of experience required High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Prior manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with SPC charts, tool qualifications, or 6S practices

Compensation
- Pay rate : $16-$18
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
