Key Responsibilities :

• Tracking the delivery of, receiving, and checking patient specimens against order forms.
• Accessioning specimens into the laboratory information management system (LIMS) to facilitate sample throughput.
• Performing specimen processing under the direct and constant supervision of a licensed CLS.
• Performing routine laboratory maintenance tasks such as instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Supporting the entire process of the automation workstream
• Maintaining an adequate level of supplies for the laboratory, which includes tasks such as ordering, receiving, unpacking, documentation and labeling of consumables and reagents, and stocking work areas.
• Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities as relevant.
• Performing any other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth clinical operations.
