Regional Sales Manager

Incredible opportunity for a proven sales leader to join the best private lender in the industry as our next Regional Manager for our outside sales Loan Officer team. In this highly visible leadership position, you will be responsible for leading and growing an outside sales team of highly skilled loan originators. Every day will be different. You'll be an engaging leader who can motivate and lead a team and work closely with other leaders to grow the sales organization.

Duties and Responsibilities :

You will expand on your already phenomenal skill set to become an expert on all things investment property lending, from large single-family assets, rental portfolios, new construction developments, and "fix and flip" value add projects. Requirements :

• 2+ years of proven expertise as a leader of mortgage loan originators
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry (preferably within the Single Family Investment and / or Multifamily Investment property space)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly competitive and must know how to win – driven!
• Knows how to be a part of a team and work cohesively with peers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional work ethic, thrives in fluid, fast-paced environments
• Customer-centric with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines, not afraid of hard work and putting in long hours until the job is done
• Unwavering integrity and track record of doing the right thing for clients and company
• Exceptional experience working in partnership with operations teams towards common goals
