Requirements

  • Required For Presentation : active state license in hand, active LA DEA in hand, active LA CS in hand, and active board certification in hand

Facility Volume : About 20,635 annual volume. Averaging about 57 patients / day

MD / DO Certification Requirements & Any Specific Experience Requirements : BC EM preferred but hospital will also accept BC FM / IM trained w / ED experience.

Merit Badge : ATLS and ACLS is not required for EM boarded but is required for FM or IM trained docs

Shift Preference : Days & Nights

Facility Specific Notes : EMR is EPIC. Not a lot of backup specialties on site. Any patients needing to be transferred would go to the larger, sister hospital : Christus Highland Medical Center. Expedited credentialing (30+ days) is doable

Coverage & Shift Times :

Physician : 6a-6p & 6p-6a daily

NPPA : 10a-10p daily

Schedule  Days, Nights

Dates Needed    2026-01-01T00 : 00 : 00+00 : 00 -  1999-12-31T00 : 00 : 00+00 : 00
