Job Description

As a Security Professional- Dispatch Telecom Full Time in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer within the dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a critical role in supporting security-related operations at the location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating communications, responding promptly to incidents, and dispatching security personnel as needed. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and leveraging your experience in access control and customer service to support a seamless flow of information. By remaining attentive to all activities and fostering clear communication, you will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment for all staff and visitors. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
