• Work alongside manufacturing experts to gain hands-on practical experience in multiple areas of the operations.
• Training may take place in the following key departments : CNC Machining, Tool Crib, Quality Inspection, Precision Finishing, Assembly, Machine Maintenance, etc.
• Develop expertise across many areas of the business, with the possibility of promotion and role alignment based on interests and company needs.
