Continuous Improvement (OpEx) Manager
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement (OpEx) Manager. This role is permanently located in Jonesville, SC. The role will be remote (in the United States) until Late 2026 / Early 2027. Relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You'll Do :
The CI Manager oversees Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence programs to drive strategic success and plant performance. They lead manufacturing engineering, Lean / Six Sigma initiatives, cost reduction, controls engineering, and capital projects while managing budgets and deploying Eaton Business System processes. The role focuses on improving processes, achieving world-class metrics, and fostering employee engagement through learning, deployment, and recognition.
