Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Leesburg, VA! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist II

Location : Leesburg, VA 20176

Shift Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $19 - 21.75 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain required documentation, logs, and records in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and process specimens following established laboratory procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout the collection process.
• Travel to multiple locations as required for coverage; flexibility and reliability are essential.
• Adhere to company policies, including dress code, safety standards, and guiding principles.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, promoting teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
