Job description

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Retail Lending.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales targets and revenue goals for the Retail Lending Business Unit across the Eastern Region

Oversee sales execution, go-to-market strategy, and team development

Foster relationships with key client stakeholders and guide the team in solution-based selling

Required Qualifications

8+ years in financial services with a focus on account management or consultative sales

5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing teams

Experience working directly with financial institutions, preferably in retail lending

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
