As Stemilt’s R&D Intern , you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working alongside our team to explore new varieties and cutting-edge technologies in test orchards and research facilities. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data , this is your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and exciting field!

Additional Responsibilities

• Support scouting efforts for little cherry disease.
• Assist in evaluating orchard and warehouse technologies.
• Assess fruit quality using advanced analytical tools such as refractometers, titrators, fruit texture analyzers, and specialized software.
• Collect, evaluate, and input data / samples from cherry, apple, and pear harvests, including lifting 40-50lb fruit boxes.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
