Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $5 to $20 million. This role is essential to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and provide monthly financial updates with forecasts
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders from development through execution
• Review and process accurate monthly billing statements
• Monitor gross profit targets and take proactive steps to meet financial goals
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Implement QA / QC procedures to identify and resolve issues early
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and uphold quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols through consistent site inspections and adherence to safety plans
• Maintain strong client communication and lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and design teams
• Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and strengthen subcontractor partnerships
• Collaborate with internal departments including Estimating and Business Development
• Participate in client presentations and interviews

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
