Our team is growing in Dallas, and we’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Outside Sales Rep with existing industry connections and a proven ability to generate results.

About the Role

As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll drive new business and grow existing accounts by selling specialty plumbing parts to contractors and service-based plumbing businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. You’ll be backed by a branch team that knows the inventory and a company that lets you work the way you sell best, as long as the numbers show it.

You’ll focus on high-margin, solution-oriented sales, not commodity pushing, and work closely with customers to understand their needs, source parts, and create long-term loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow a book of business focused on specialty and repair plumbing parts.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and generate new leads in the Dallas area.
• Call on service plumbers, contractors, and mechanical shops, as well as commercial office, hotel, and hospital building engineers with a value-first sales approach.
• Work in lockstep with the branch team to fulfill orders, track backorders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on specialty products, discontinued models, and industry demand trends.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within established profit parameters.
• Enter and track orders using internal systems, with accurate follow-through and customer updates.
• Meet sales goals and help drive branch profitability.
