Job Description

As a Security Officer- Access Control - Full Time in Richardson, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at the assigned location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding access protocols. Utilizing your keen observation skills and comfort with technology, you will help to identify potential concerns and respond appropriately. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
