Responsible for the safe and efficient operations and general maintenance of all plant assets. Shift work is required.

Responsibilities

Operate the natural gas processing plant with minimal supervision.
Recognize major plant upsets and respond to them in a safe and proper manner.
Monitor pressure levels, gauges and product flows.
Adjust plant conditions.
Change charts, integrate charts and calculate volumes.
Operate compressors as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Repair pipelines as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Three to five years plant operator experience.

Experience in oil and gas preferred.

Able to work alone on a shift schedule.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficient with Mustang designated standards.

Be results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work.

Be forward-thinking with the ability to think creatively and help develop recommended solutions.
