Sitter Wanted - September, 2023 (Active Post) Hiring Sitter In Canton, Mi With Pay Up To $18 / Hr & Flexible Hours Evenings And Weekends

Weekly - 2 nights during the work week from 5-8pm (days are flexible) & weekends 3-4 hrs (Saturday / Sunday also flexible)

We are located in Canton, Michigan and looking for a reliable sitter who can provide exceptional care for a 18 month toddler (boy). We need part-time coverage.

We are offering a competitive salary of up to $18 / hour (based on experience) and can negotiate higher rates after the fist 3 months or care. We value kindness, trustworthiness and excellent communication skills.

Regular Services :

Babysitter (Primary Role)

Swim supervision (Thursdays @ 6 : 20pm)

Reading Books (No electronic devices)

Play date supervision

Meal preparation

Errands

Groceries

Irregular Services :

Overnight Sitter (Rare, if ever)

Travel (Potentially, but not likely)

Background Check is Required.

Looking for a minimum of 2 nights in the work week (flexible on which nights) from 5-8pm and 3-4 hrs on Saturday mornings.

We are looking to interview (Meet & Greet) now through August 2023. Of course you will have to meet our little guy!

The plan is to start regularly in September through the School Year (June). Note : he is enrolled in a private school full time, and we may need pickups from the school on the 2 weekday evenings, but that’s not required.

We realize housekeeping & laundry is an essential (secondary) service we need help with. Initially, the plan was to have someone watch our 18 month old so we could take care of household tasks. However, after reading several profiles, We would prefer spend time with our son, if someone was willing to help with the household tasks.

This is all new to us, so we are open to any suggestions you may have! Also, we spend a lot of time outside on our property, and having an extra set of eyes on our little guy is probably the most important thing we need so work can be done in the garden and around the property as a whole.
