Confidential Lead Dentist Opportunity – Venice, FL

We are conducting a confidential search for a full-time Lead Dentist to join a thriving, modern dental practice in the Venice, FL area. This is a critical hire, and confidentiality is essential as we begin outreach.

Practice Highlights :

  • In-network only with high-end PPO insurance plans (no Medicaid or discount plans).
  • Comprehensive, complex treatment planning, including implant placement and restorative cases.
  • Ownership or equity potential may be available for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a lead doctor in a clinical setting (not as an associate).
  • Fully rounded clinical skill set across all scopes of dentistry, beyond “bread and butter” cases.
  • Prior experience in a large DSO environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently produce at least $5,000 / day.

    • Compensation Package :

  • Daily Guarantee : $800–$850 / day
  • Tiered Compensation Structure : 32%, 33%, and 34% of net collections.
  • Annual CE Reimbursement : $2,000
  • Retention Bonus : $10,000 after the first full year of employment, plus an additional $10,000 after the second full year.
