Job description
A company is looking for a Contract Officer to support innovative projects through expert contract negotiation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and negotiate various research-related agreements
Evaluate complex terms to ensure compliance and protect institutional interests
Serve as a liaison to sponsors and industry partners for research collaborations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and 3-5+ years of relevant Contracts experience
Proven experience negotiating and drafting research or business contracts
Knowledge of sponsor systems and familiarity with university research policies preferred
Certified Research Administrator (CRA) credential is a plus
