IT Solutions Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Analyst I to support healthcare processes and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Participates in cross-functional teams to implement system changes and deliver business outcomes

Represents assigned area on project teams, maintaining optimal operation of systems and preparing reports

Analyzes customer needs and supports the identification of new developments in systems and applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field

Zero to two years of relevant experience in reporting and / or analytics in various fields

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Excel

Ability to manage multiple projects and organize priorities independently

Significant knowledge of cross-functional departments to provide guidance and leadership
