Summary

Will lead an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 200+ employees at two of the company's non-union manufacturing plants
Will work closely with plant leadership
Coach and mentor the HR Generalist

Requirements

5+ years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience

HR experience in manufacturing plants or similar industrial settings

Creative / innovative mindset

Strategic and hands-on
