We're hiring a regional sales manager to help expand our footprint and drive new business in a dynamic, hunter-style sales environment. This is a remote position, however the successful candidate must reside within the United States.

What You'll Do :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions.
  • Overcome technical and business objections to close deals.
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics.
  • Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
