Description :

2 + years in Med / Surg unit - Required

RN should be comfortable Floating to Med / Surg and PCU

Coronary Care experience needed as well

Traveler should have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment.

First time travelers will NOT be considered.

Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner.

Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.

May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.

Certifications :

CURRENT NY RN license.

BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Aimic Inc Job ID #AN-0642. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
