Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for November 26 & December 26 at their Corporate Health clinic in Louisville, KY. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
