What We're Looking For :

An attorney who is :

Hard-working and highly organized

Comfortable managing a diverse caseload (pre-suit and litigation)

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

A natural leader capable of developing and guiding support staff

Passionate about client advocacy and delivering top-notch legal service

A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Honest, coachable, dependable, and team-oriented

Licensed to practice in Florida (required)

We welcome attorneys with all levels of experience - whether you're newly licensed and eager to learn, or experienced and ready to take on litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Conduct client interviews, investigate claims, and gather supporting evidence

Draft and file pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery documents

Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial

Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism

Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery

Counsel clients throughout the legal process with empathy and clarity

Oversee, train, and support legal assistants and case management staff
