Key Responsibilities
Respond to leads through various channels and cultivate new prospects
Engage with mid-sized to large businesses and assist sales counterparts in achieving revenue objectives
Conduct market research and enter data into customer relationship management software
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business management or marketing
1 year or more of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience
1 year or more of experience in a related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc.)
Preferred telephone sales or solution selling experience in the software industry
Knowledge of marketing and sales practices
