JOB SUMMARY

Manages the loan servicing program for the Office of Regional Development's grant funded revolving loan funds. These revolving loan funds span multiple federal / state grant fund sources and support Housing and Community Development and Economic development in supporting their different Regional Development initiatives through residential and commercial issued loans. This position will be responsible for activities including program operations, monitoring, and oversight, and overseeing of the daily operations of the loan servicing program while assuring compliance with multiple different grant funded sources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Public Administration or related field and two (2) years' experience in housing development, housing finance, commercial loans, mortgages, loan servicing, accounting, auditing, or financial management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
