A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics for stakeholders and management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field
1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis, with healthcare or technology experience being a plus
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, to be obtained within 90 days of employment
Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable
Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and SQL
