This role is to support ERP and to manage customer requests in a timely and accurate manner adhering to Corp core values thru partnering with Sales and Operations teams to improve efficiency from Order to Cash. The job will collaborate with supply chain team and freight forwarder companies to resolve issues, determine root cause, and identify ways to improve performance with customers and proactively and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily order fulfillment tasks that include but not limited to : order process, reply to customers emails, shipment management, and preparation of administration reports in timely and responsible manner.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with stakeholders (Ex : Sales, Logistic, Operations, Accounting and etc ) to resolve and prevent issues.
• Participate cross-functional related with ERP or Corp Initiatives when needed.
• Perform tasks, projects, and duties as assigned.
