Job Details

A well-established mid-sized law firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate (7+ years) to join its leading Trusts & Estates practice. This is a key role within one of the most prominent estate planning teams in Massachusetts, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors on complex and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.

What Youll Do :

Draft sophisticated estate planning documents (e.g., Dynasty Trusts, ILITs, family partnerships, and charitable trusts)

Advise on estate, gift, and income tax strategies, business succession, and asset protection

Guide clients through trust and estate administration, including taxable estates

Collaborate with colleagues and clients on high-level planning matters and long-term strategies

What Were Looking For :

J.D. + MA Bar admission in good standing

7+ years of experience in estate planning and administration

Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in complex planning matters

LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required

Experience in a reputable law firm setting strongly preferred

A self-starter who thrives in a client-focused, collaborative environment
