Overview

Medical Director role at Illinois Department of Human Services . The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an Illinois-licensed Internal Medicine medical professional to provide medical leadership and oversight of the medical services provided at the Mabley Developmental Center in Dixon. The Mabley Developmental Center serves a broad spectrum of individuals with behavioral and medical needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Director for the Mabley Developmental Center.
• Serve as full-line supervisor.
• Monitor and evaluate the delivery of medical, dental, and rehabilitation services.
• Serve as a consultant to staff physicians.
• Provide technical medical training and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a member of the Facility's Executive Committee and other facility standing and ad hoc committees.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Qualifications

Illinois-licensed Internal Medicine medical professional.
