Fitness Manager

Aquila's Fitness Manager oversees fitness center programs, assists members in safe and effective exercise and performs a wide range of technical exercise and administrative duties in health / fitness center.

The salary for this position is $65,000 annually based on a 40 hour work week, plus company benefits listed below. You may also earn an additional potential $5,000-$10,000 personal training commissions in addition to your base pay. The start date for the position is expected to be sometime in the fall 2025 or 1 / 1 / 2026. Candidates must be able to work in person 40 hours a week, 8 hours daily, Monday-Friday. There is no weekend work. Work hours are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 8 am to 4 pm; and 10 am to 6 pm on alternating days. Candidates should be able to work all shifts on alternating days. The location is in Worcester, MA.
