Regional Director of Operations - Assisted Living

Dove Healthcare, a senior living and healthcare company in Wisconsin with a strong history of growth and innovation, is seeking a regional director of operations to support our six assisted living residences.

As a regional director of operations - assisted living, you will work under the direction and support of our Vice President of Operations to lead and mentor an experienced team of assisted living directors. In addition, you will :

• oversee the successful operation of the assisted living residences
• manage and lead industry best practice strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
• support leadership and employee development in providing exceptional quality care
• guide the development and implementation of long-term and short-term strategies
• pursue opportunities to enhance that support Dove Healthcare initiatives
• coordinate and lead assisted living leadership meetings
• serve as interim director when needed
