The Senior Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic guidance to support business decision-making. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A), budget management, and reporting, working closely with executive management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance and analyze potential scenarios.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Build and analyze revenue and productivity reports from Epic.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide support for their initiatives.
- Assist with evaluating potential investments and strategic opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior financial analysts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.Proven experience as a financial analyst, with at least 5 years of experience.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Expert knowledge of financial analysis principles and practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).Proficiency with data extraction and reporting in Epic.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.EOE
