We are seeking a dependable, motivated Office Support Professional to join our small but dynamic staffing business. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities that help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Human Resources Support: Participate in employee onboarding, maintain personnel files, and assist with payroll and other HR functions.
Record Control: Help maintain accurate records and ensure efficient documentation.
Reception & Front Office Duties: Answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and provide general administrative support.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience in an office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
