Company : Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing energy efficient and hurricane impact windows and doors in numerous regional areas in Florida.

Position : Door to Door Canvassing Manager

Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers to schedule free Window or Roofing presentations with homeowners.

Responsibilities :

Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers

Schedule appointments for FREE window and roofing presentations.

Requirements :

Interview and hire candidates

Train canvassers on sripting, objections and scheduling of appointments

Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day basis

Qualifed candidates must have experience interviewing, hiring and training canvassers

Position Offer :

Salary, commission and overrides
