Job descriptioncommon and complex skin concerns — including acne, pigmentation, aging, sensitivity, and texture irregularities. Must have an established understanding of medical-grade skincare advanced protocols , and energy-based treatments , and know how to personalize regimens to achieve measurable results. Qualifications Licensed Esthetician (Kansas) with 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting Deep understanding of : Skin anatomy, skin typing, and treatment customization Acne management, melasma, and rosacea protocols Pre- and post-procedure care for lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and injectables Strong working knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines (ZO®, SkinCeuticals®, SkinBetter®, etc.) Excellent communication and consultation skills with the ability to educate clients Proven record of client retention and retail sales success Preferred Additional Skills Hands-on experience with Microneedling and Ultrasound based devices Knowledge of aesthetic treatment offerings : injectables, PRF, peptide therapy, weight management, and NAD+ therapy Comfort assisting with photo documentation, treatment charting, and pre / post photos Social media savvy – confident in educational video content, patient before / afters, and story features.
