PRESS BRAKE OPERATORAutomation Personnel Services is seekingseveral Press Brake Operators for a manufacturing company located in Ringgold, GA. Qualified candidates will have previous knowledge of specializing in setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to bend, fold, and shape metal components based on blueprints and technical specifications.Pay Rate Day shift: $22.00 per hourNight shift: $23.00 per hourShift and SchedulesDay shift: 6:00am-4:45pm Monday-Thursday and overtime FridayNight shift: 6:00pm-4:45am Monday-Thursday and overtime FridayPress Brake Operator Duties and Responsibilities•Controlling the press brake to bend, punch, or form metal sheets and plates.• Selecting proper tools, setting up the machine (CNC or manual), and performing test runs to ensure accuracy.• Use drawings and blueprints to understand job requirements • Measuring, inspecting, and monitoring finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications.• Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.• Perform spot inspections of parts as they are producedPress Brake Operator Requirements and Qualifications• 2 years previousexperiencein manufacturing or fabrication shop is REQUIRED• Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted)• Proficiency in shop math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and basic geometry.• Read blueprints and ensure precision in every bend• Read tape measurements (test will be given during interview)Benefits
