Are you an accomplished marketing leader experienced in organizational turnarounds and building high-performing teams from the ground up? Our client is seeking an Interim CMO to lead a total marketing function reboot, drive strategic transformation, and support a major brand integration following acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing generalist with a consulting, professional services, B2B, and / or healthcare background to make a rapid impact.
Project Scope & Responsibilities :
- Assess the current marketing team structure and departmental performance
- Lead and oversee implementation of marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration from HubSpot), partnering with external consultants and acting as internal liaison to ensure effective stakeholder communication
- Build a strategic marketing roadmap and prioritize initiatives for short- and long-term success
- Manage agency relationships and collaborate directly with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Spearhead brand integration and drive organizational change
- Reboot the entire marketing function, delivering structure, vision, and execution in an environment lacking established processes
- Mentor, train, and upskill an established team of marketing professionals (5-10 team members)
- Hire and onboard a new Marketing Director as part of the transformation
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources
Technical / Professional Requirements :
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot, including migration best practicesProven background in B2B marketing (healthcare experience highly preferred; B2G a plus)Strong consulting / professional services experienceDemonstrated success in strategic leadership, turnaround work, and ROI-driven marketing initiativesTrack record of integrating multiple brands and driving measurable resultsWhat We're Looking For :
