A company is looking for a SDI Clinical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to Special Education providers

Host training sessions and collaborate with various teams to align services with district needs

Assist in recruiting, orienting, and training new service providers while ensuring instructional quality

Required Qualifications

State Special Education license; National Board Certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching or special education service experience

Prior leadership and mentorship experience

Experience with IEP processes and compliance with IDEA

Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and digital instructional tools
